This page answers an honest question with official sources, and it stays SFW doing it. Checked October 13, 2026.
The short answer
Everything the developer has officially declared describes an all-ages cozy care game: no adult content is declared anywhere official. That's the strongest statement the evidence supports — more on what can't be known yet below.
What the official sources say
Steam genres: Adventure, Casual, Indie, Simulation — nothing adult.
itch.io tags: Animals, Anime, Cozy, Cute, Physics, Singleplayer, Slice of Life, Unity — the developer's own labels are all wholesome-slice-of-life.
The missing Mature Content block. Steam gives developers an optional "Mature Content Description" section to declare violence or sexual content. Family Time's store page doesn't have one — the page steps from the About section straight to the AI disclosure and system requirements. On itch.io, the project page never triggers an adult-content warning screen either, which is the platform's normal gate for flagged content.
The About copy itself is care mechanics: shelter, feed, pamper, beds, headpats. The gameplay page quotes it in full.

So why do some tags say "Hentai"?
Because those tags are user-applied, not official. Steam lets any signed-in visitor slap tags on any game, and viral indie games attract tag wars — funny ones, trollish ones, and sometimes deliberate misinformation. At capture, the user tag cloud on the page sat in stark contrast to the official genre row.
The tell is structural: official genres come from the developer through the "Genre" field; the tag cloud below it is a popularity contest. When they disagree, the Genre row is the declaration.
What we can't tell you
Two honest limits:
- The developer hasn't stated anything about adult content plans — no public answer to the "will it have lewd scenes?" type questions was found in any captured channel. Absence of a statement is reported here as exactly that.
- The full game isn't out (planned Q1 2027 window — see release date). Whatever the demo does or doesn't contain, final-release content can still change.
So this page won't tell you it "definitely has no adult content ever" — no source exists for that claim, and this hub doesn't invent sources.
A safety note that matters here
Searches like the one that brought you here are exactly where scammers camp. The developer's own warning applies: "THERE IS NO OFFICIAL MOBILE APP! Beware of scams!" — any "Family Time APK/adult mobile version" offer is fake. The APK page has the details, and the download page lists the only official sources.
