Family Time has exactly two official doors, and this page links nothing else. If a site offers you a "full game download" or an APK, it contradicts the developer's own warnings — details below.
The two official doors
1. The itch.io project page — play today. sgthale.itch.io/family-time is the developer's home base. The page itself has no download button: it says "Play the official demo at patreon.com/sgthale". The demo is distributed through the developer's Patreon, where a free membership is enough for Episode 2.
2. The Steam store page — for the full version later. The Steam page is in wishlist stage: "This game is not yet available on Steam" with a planned release window of Q1 2027 (checked Oct 13, 2026). There is currently nothing to download on Steam — no demo, no Early Access build, no full game. Wishlisting just gets you notified.

How to get the free demo, step by step
The entry images inside the devlog route you to Patreon. Community members verified this path repeatedly in the comments (player-verified, not official documentation):
- Open the Episode 3 devlog ("Episode 3 is out, Episode 2 is now free!", Oct 9, 2026).
- Click the embedded entry image for Episode 2 (free) or Episode 3.
- You land on patreon.com/sgthale.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and grab the download.
The anti-scam checklist
The developer pins this warning to the top of the itch.io page:
"THERE IS NO OFFICIAL MOBILE APP! Beware of scams!"
That means:
- Any site offering a Family Time APK or mobile app is fake — there is no official one. See APK & mobile status.
- Any "full version" download is fake too — the full version doesn't exist yet anywhere.
- Steam-family sharing questions, cracked copies, "free Steam key" generators: none of it is official. The only real free thing is the Episode 2 demo.
